Unibose Technology, a deeptech robotics startup has raised USD 639k (INR 5.5 Cr.) in Pre-Series A funding led by O2 Angels. The proceeds will be used to scale operations across India, GCC, and Southeast Asia, enhance R&D in AI-based inspection tools, and strengthen the OEM and partner ecosystem.
TMT (Technology, Media and Telecom)
IPO-bound SaaS unicorn Fractal Analytics’ cofounder and CEO, Srikanth Velamakanni, has invested USD 5.6 Mn (IRN 48 Cr.) in the company. Additionally, Fractal Analytics has raised USD 150 Mn (INR 1,290 Cr.) through a secondary transaction.

Bodo Moeller Chemie to acquire Aqua Engineering Services, a company specialiing in Fluid Transfer in water treatment and Industrial Adhesive chemical solutions.

Oberoi Realty, Shree Naman, and JM Financial consortium to acquire Hotel Horizon. The compamy holds land admeasuring ~7,500 sq. mtr. overlooking the Arabian sea and situated at Juhu, Mumbai.
Augmont, an India-based gold trading platform, said it is exploring several funding options.
Religare's board approves INR 1,500 Cr. fundraise.
Marengo Asia Healthcare, an India-based multi specialty hospital platform, plans to acquire standalone hospitals as part of its plans to foray into Rajasthan and Maharashtra.
India-based beauty and personal care products contract manufacturer Clarion Cosmetics is seeking to raise around USD 40 Mn - USD 50 Mn in the company's first round of external funding from institutional investors.
ChrysCapital, an Indian private equity (PE) firm, has agreed to acquire Theobroma Foods, a pan-India bakery chain, for INR 2,410 Cr. (USD 280.5 Mn).
